How Next Level Code handles the information you send through this site. Last updated June 2026.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, platform, subject, and message you enter, plus the page the form was sent from. We do not ask for or want passwords or payment details through this form. Our server keeps standard web logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your message only to respond to your enquiry and carry out any work you engage us for. Form submissions are delivered to our intake inbox and forwarded within the Next Level HTML organization to the person who will reply. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.
Who handles it
Form delivery is handled by our email provider so messages reach us reliably. Those providers process the data only to deliver it. Next Level Code is a Next Level HTML brand, and your enquiry may be handled by Next Level HTML staff working on this brand.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics later, we will update this page to say so.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@nextlevel.email and we will take care of it.
